- Reservations - ●Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your seating requests. ●We limit seating time for customers who make reservations after 17:00 to 2 hours. For customers who make reservations after 18:00, seating time is limited to 2.5 hours. ●Even on days when reservations are not accepted, we may be able to provide you with a seat if you contact the store directly. ●Customers with children can only arrive at the store at 17:00. Please note that only electronic cigarettes are allowed at all seats. ●Reservations for the day are accepted by phone. ●Please call the number above to change or cancel your reservation.
- Visiting the store - ●If you do not contact us within 15 minutes of your reservation time, we may be forced to cancel your reservation, so please be sure to contact us if you are going to be late. ●Please note that we may not be able to accept future reservations from customers who do not contact us and are unable to come to the store.
