《Pickleball Court Reservation Information》 ●Please make your reservation at least one hour before your desired start time. ●For reservations of 4 hours or more, please contact us by phone. (tel: 0985-21-1311) ●Only one court can be reserved at a time. For reservations of multiple courts, please contact us by phone. (tel: 0985-21-1311) ●Maximum of 8 people can use one court. *Only one set of paddles (rackets) and balls will be provided per court. ●Commercial activities, including lessons, using the court are prohibited. ●If we are unable to contact you 10 minutes after your reservation time, we may unfortunately have to cancel your reservation. Please be sure to contact us if you will be late. ●If you will be late for your reservation time, please contact the store. ●The usage time includes preparation and cleanup time. Please leave by the end of your reservation time.
【Payment Information】 ●Payment is due on the day of use at the reception desk. ●Please make your payment before using the facilities. ●If payment cannot be confirmed on-site, we may refuse your use of the facilities.
【Cancellation Policy】 ●Cancellation the day before use: 50% of the usage fee ●Cancellation on the day of use: 100% of the usage fee *If a cancellation fee is incurred, you may be asked to pay it at a later date. *In case of no-show cancellation, we may refuse future reservations. *If the facility is unavailable due to circumstances on the facility's side, no cancellation fee will be charged.
【Requests During Use】 ・Please wear **athletic shoes (non-slip shoes)** on the court. ・Only beverages for hydration are permitted on the court. ・Please refrain from any behavior that may disturb other customers. ・We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or theft that occur within the facility. ・Please be sure to follow the instructions of the facility staff.
