[Reservations]
● To verify customer information, we require card details at the time of booking; however, payment is collected in person at the restaurant on the day of your visit.
● For safety reasons, debit cards and prepaid cards cannot be used at our restaurant. Please provide credit card information instead.
● Last-minute reservations (on the same day or the following day) can only be made by phone. For groups of 7 or more people, please contact the restaurant directly.
● Reservations for Sundays and holidays must be made by 10:00 a.m. two days prior.

[Seating]
● Counter seating is available starting at 6:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m., while private rooms (for 4 people per table) are available starting at 7:00 p.m.
● Requests regarding specific seating arrangements may not always be accommodated. Please understand this in advance.

[Children]
● Children under junior high school age are not permitted at counter seating.
Counter seating is available only to junior high school students and older who can order the same crab course as adults. In such cases, they should be counted as adults when making a reservation.
● Children under junior high school age are welcome in private rooms.
A maximum of 4 guests (adults and children combined) may use a private room; however, no child-sized chairs are provided, so please keep this in mind.
For children aged 10 and under in private rooms, a special children’s menu (5,500 yen) is available upon request. Please inform us of the quantity and ages of the children when making a reservation.
● Failure to comply with these rules may result in denial of entry on the day of your visit.

[Cancellations]
● Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled reservation time will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the course price, regardless of the reason (including COVID-19, influenza, etc.).
An exception applies only in cases where physical inability to attend is due to natural disasters such as typhoons or earthquakes—in such cases, presenting proof (e.g., transportation delay certificate) will exempt you from the cancellation fee.
● If you fail to arrive within 30 minutes of your reserved time without prior notice, the reservation will be treated as canceled, and a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the course price will apply.
● If the phone number or email address provided during booking is incorrect, the reservation may be automatically canceled. Please ensure all information is accurate.

[Course Prices]
● Due to fluctuating crab procurement costs, the final amount payable on the day of your visit may exceed the originally quoted course price.

●For customers reserving courses featuring live Matsuba crabs
Due to sharply rising crab procurement costs, courses including live Matsuba crabs will carry an additional charge of 10,000 yen during the period from December 10 to January 10.
Please note that procurement prices may vary depending on season and market conditions, which could lead to further adjustments in course pricing.
