【Facilities】
Only single rooms.
There are no pools, saunas, or baths (only shower rooms).

【Arrival】
Guests staying at the Dhawa Yura Kyoto hotel can come directly to the spa reception on the 2nd floor.
Guests who are not staying at the Dhawa Yura Kyoto hotel cannot go directly to the 2nd floor, so please inform the front desk staff that you have made a spa reservation.

It takes extra 30 to 45 minutes except for treatment time to have welcome tea, counseling and change clothes, but there is no need to come to our spa in plenty of time in advance.
Please come to our spa on your reserved time.

If you arrive late for your reserved time, your treatment time may be shortened.

【Payment】
Basically, please pay at our spa. However, we also have a prepayment option.
if you would like to use it, please let us know by "REQUESTS".
We will contact you by email.
Yet, you must inform us that your request 5 days in advance of your booking date.
If the prepayment has not been completed 3 days in advence of your booking date, please pay at our spa by cash or credit card.

【Cancellation Policy】
If you are more than 15 minutes late and do not contact us, your reservation will be considered canceled.
Any cancellation with less than 4 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. A full fee will be imposed for a “no-show”.

②Moisturizing Balm

Oil treatment Soothing Touch 60min

A full body treatment using oil for your legs, back, arms, chest and stomach, and dry treatment for the face and head.
The smooth strokes are applied with soft to medium pressure, so you will feel relaxed.
Ideal for pregnant women (4 to 9 months of pregnancy cycle), elderly people, children (7 to 14 years old), and guests who prefer gentle treatments.
For pregnant women and children, the treatment is performed in a position that is less stressful by lying on your side, holding a pillow instead of lying on your stomach (excluding chest and stomach treatments/60 minute treatment only).
