After 20 years of working at both Umi and Sushi Yuu restaurants, owner Masatomo has opened Sushi Korin in Nishiazabu, Tokyo. Based on his philosophy that an exceptional experience starts with the finest ingredients prepared in an authentic omakase fashion, sushi Korin offers an intimate setting which allows Masatomo to deliver a tailor made experience unique to you.

This is a traditional Japanese sushi restaurant specializing in Edomae sushi, where ingredients are selected based on seasonality and daily market availability.

As Edomae sushi relies on natural ingredients at their peak season, the contents of the course and the cost of ingredients may vary from day to day.
For this reason, the final price may differ from what was initially expected at the time of reservation, and variations between the expected price and the final bill may occur.

Prices are determined by market value and reflect the quality, season, and condition of ingredients procured for that specific day.
Price fluctuations are an inherent part of traditional Japanese sushi culture and are not considered exceptional.

When making a reservation, especially for guests with celiac disease or other medical dietary requirements, please be sure to include all necessary details in the remarks section.
