● Please note that we may not be able to accommodate requests regarding seat assignments. ● Guests bringing elementary school-aged children or younger are requested to use a private room. ※ If a private room is not selected, we may have to decline the reservation. Additionally, we do not provide child chairs. ● Reservations made on behalf of others are not permitted. The person making the reservation must be present at the time of arrival. ● There is a smoking area within the restaurant. (In fully private rooms, only e-cigarettes may be smoked; regular cigarettes must be smoked in the designated smoking area.) ※ Should anyone smoke elsewhere in the restaurant, a cleaning fee will be charged. ● Situations where cancellation fees apply • No contact is received past 15 minutes after the reserved time (please call if you’re running late). • Changes in the number of guests after arrival (cancellation fees will apply for the difference in guest count). • Arriving while wearing excessive perfume or strongly scented products (we may deny entry at our discretion). ● There may be other situations where entry is denied at our discretion; in such cases, a same-day cancellation fee will apply. ※ This reservation is for “Sake and Hakata Small Plates Tanakada”; it is NOT a reservation for “Tanakada Nishiazabu.” Please take care not to make a mistake. The same applies to incorrect date selections. Should a cancellation occur due to such an error, it will be treated as a no-show, and a cancellation fee will be charged.
