Lunch at Tobeian starts with WANMONO, a bowl dish of delicate dashi broth made from “Nishiki no Meisui” spring water and freshly shaved bonito. Our signature lunch box, “KIRIBAKO Nishiki” offers you seasonal tastes from Nishiki Market. Our chef adds a subtle Western touch to traditional Kyoto cuisine. The lunch course ends with Kabuse cha (specially cultivated green tea) for a refreshing finish.
