▶At wellk, we have half reserved seats and half walk-in seats. Even if the reservation slots are full, we will seat walk-in customers on a first-come, first-served basis.
▶We cannot accept requests for specific seats.
▶If we are unable to contact you 10 minutes after your reservation time, we may unfortunately have to cancel your reservation. Please be sure to contact us if you will be late.
▶Seating time is limited to 90 minutes from your reservation time. If you are unavoidably late, please contact us by phone.
▶We do not offer birthday plates. Please understand in advance.
▶For reservations of 5 or more people, please contact the restaurant directly.
▶For customers with children: We do not have high chairs for children. Strollers are welcome, but seating is limited, so please contact us in advance if you plan to bring a stroller. Also, our restaurant is located on the second floor and there is no elevator. Please note that you will need to go up the stairs. If you need assistance, please speak to a staff member on the day of your visit.
▶In case of no-show, a seating charge of ¥500 will be applied. If you are unable to come due to illness, bad weather, an accident, etc., please call the restaurant on the day of your reservation.
