●If you need to use a stroller or wheelchair, we would appreciate it if you could let us know.
●Since our menu is designed to allow you to experience indigenous culture, we may not be able to accommodate changes to the menu due to allergies. We appreciate your understanding in advance. We cannot accept changes to ingredients such as allergies on the day of your reservation, so please let us know in advance.

●Please refrain from recording or taking photographs in some areas.
●Storing Bacillus natto may harm the bacterial ecosystem. Please come without eating natto from the day before.
●Entry may be restricted depending on the season, such as during preparation work.
●The number of parking spaces is limited. If you are coming with multiple cars, please contact us in advance.
●As it is an old building, it is expected to get cold in the winter. Please come warmly.
