Restaurant Guidelines • Lunch Service: 12:00–14:30. Dinner Service: 18:00–21:30. • Minimum Charge: One set menu per person, plus a 10% service charge. • Water Service Fee: NT$100 per person, plus a 10% service charge. • Guests 6 years old and above are required to meet the minimum charge. Children under 6 years old are only accepted in private rooms. • Outside food and pets are not permitted. Guide dogs are exempt. • Reservations will be held for 10 minutes only. Reservations will be considered forfeited after the 10-minute grace period. • To ensure a comfortable and pleasant dining experience for all guests, the restaurant reserves the right to arrange seating at its discretion. • Seating is limited. Specific table requests and last-minute additions cannot be accommodated. • Cancellations, reservation changes, or no-shows made within 48 hours before the reservation will incur a NT$1,000 per person food preparation fee. • In the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, the restaurant reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations. • During special holidays and festive occasions, including Chinese New Year, Valentine's Day, Chinese Valentine's Day, Christmas, and New Year's Eve, special festive menus designated by the restaurant will apply.
Deposit Policy • A deposit of NT$1,000 per person is required for all reservations. Payment is made online by credit card. If you do not have a credit card, please contact our Reservation Center at (07) 974-1218 to make a reservation. Bank transfer payments are available on business days only. • Cancellations or changes to the dining date made within 48 hours before the reservation will result in the full deposit being charged as a cancellation fee. • Cancellations or changes made 48–72 hours before the reservation will allow the deposit to be retained for three months and used toward a future reservation. • Cancellations or changes made more than 72 hours before the reservation are eligible for a full refund of the deposit. Private Room • Cancellations made at least one week before the reservation date will allow the deposit to be retained for three months. • Cancellations made within one week of the reservation date are non-refundable.
Dress Code • Guests are kindly requested to wear neat, semi-formal attire. Please avoid wearing flip-flops or sandals.
Additional Service Fees • Corkage Fee: NT$1,000 per bottle for outside beverages. Bottles are calculated based on a capacity of 750ml. Any bottle exceeding 750ml will be counted as two bottles. For a single transaction with a total spend of NT$20,000 or more, the corkage fee for one bottle will be waived. This offer does not apply to special promotions or special menus. • Cleaning Fee: A NT$5,000 cleaning fee will be charged if excessive alcohol consumption results in vomiting and causes contamination or damage to the restaurant's property or premises. • Damage Fee: If excessive alcohol consumption results in vomiting and causes damage to tableware or glassware, the following fees fees will applyfees will apply:Water glass: NT$500 per glass,Wine glass: NT$800 per glass,Decanter: NT$2,000 each.
Parking Information • Cho Restaurant is located on the 2nd floor of YUIMOM Residence, with an underground parking garage available for cars. The parking entrance is located on Yanji Street. • If you require parking, please provide your vehicle license plate number in advance to facilitate access and parking validation on the day of your visit.
