Food by Fire is our commitment to bring to the world Isan’s natural produce and wild ingredients, as well as the region’s deep knowledge in the art of cooking with fire and fermentation that has been preserved and further developed over many generations.
This dynamism is the reason for the resurgence of Isan gastronomy, bringing master chefs, growers, farmers, foragers, brewers, and regenerative nutritionists to be based in the region, learning from each other, and sharing knowledge freely in the search to recover something lost, and discover something new.

DRESS CODE
Smart Casual. Please refrain from sportwear, swimwear, sleeveless shirt.

CORKAGE CHARGE
A corkage charge of 550 THB net per bottle is applied for outside wine or spirits.

CHILDREN
We welcome children aged 12 and above. Please note the restaurant does not provide a children's menu.

FOOD & BEVERAGE
External food and beverages are prohibited, including those from other dining establishments within the hotel premises.
