Make a reservation on 14 February to sample our one-off, limited Dessert and Drink pairing Valentine's Day menu. Order a dessert and a paired cocktail for $30. This menu can be ordered a la carte alongside the standard menu.
Please note that your booking is for strictly 2 hours or 3 hours if you have a large group booking (30+ people). Our tables turn over fast so if you are late you may not be able to stay after your allocated time. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late please let us know as even confirmed bookings may be released to be used by another guest.
Group Bookings
You are able to book groups of up to 30 people online, please note that for any group above 9 guests, a credit card guarantee will be taken of $1 on your card. Any cancellation within 72 hours of arrival will be charged to your card at $25 per person. On Fridays and Saturday nights, we may limit the number of groups allowed on the rooftop. Booking times are final and if you require additional time for your group you will need to look at hiring the space for a function. For groups above 30 people please email us at merrymaker@ihg.com to see if we can accommodate - groups above 30 will be considered an exclusive event and a minimum spend for a buyout will be applicable.

Table Allocation
While all efforts will be made to allocate requested seating, Merrymaker can not guarantee specific tables.
Payment
We are a fully cashless venue. Our venue requests payments via credit card, EFTPOS and debit cards. A 15% public holiday surcharge and 10% Sunday surcharge is applicable.
Weather
Merrymaker Rooftop Bar will close when adverse weather may result in a risk to guests or staff. Please be advised that we will try to accommodate guests elsewhere, however, we cannot guarantee availability in our other venues.
