From 22 October to 13 December 2026, Brasserie Sophie welcomes DARA Cuisine, the signature restaurant of Anantara Layan Phuket Resort. For two months, Chef Hongz and her team will travel directly from Phuket to Vienna, bringing the authentic flavours of Southern Thailand with them.
