[Regarding Reservations]
*Credit card registration is required for reservations.
- Each customer is limited to three reservations. A visit or cancellation will free up one reservation for the next one. Thank you for your understanding.
- Reservations are accepted until 10:00 AM the day before. Please note that we do not accept reservations or provide information on seating availability over the phone.
- Reservations are limited to a maximum of four people per person.
Reservations for five or more people require a separate table reservation. (Maximum four people per reservation)
Please make sure to make your reservation under a different name.
If you would like to reserve nearby tables under a different name, please call the cafe directly.
We may not be able to accommodate your request due to congestion. Thank you for your understanding.
- Reservations under the same name are limited to one per timetable.
Duplicate reservations for the same date and time will be invalid.
Reservation benefits and refunds will not be given in the event of duplicate reservations.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

- Please carefully check the restaurant, date, and time before proceeding.
- You can cancel your reservation yourself by selecting "Cancel Reservation" in the "Reservation Completion Email" or from your TableCheck My Page. Please note that refunds will not be given for cancellations due to personal reasons. Thank you for your understanding.


[Regarding Reservations for Children]

- Please include children aged 4 and over, as well as children under 4 who require a seat, in your reservation.
- Children under 4 who do not require a seat, such as those who sit on a companion's lap, can be booked without being included in the guest count.
- If you will be using a stroller in a seat, please include the stroller in your reservation.

【Request to Customers】
・Reservations are limited to 70 minutes.
・The name you provide when registering your reservation must be the name of the person making the reservation. If the name does not match the name on your ID, you may be denied entry.
*Identification is required even for minors. Please check the special website for details.
・Reservations cannot be transferred or resold.
・If we do not hear from you more than 15 minutes after your reservation time, your reservation will be canceled and the person waiting in line will be seated.
・If the name on your reservation does not match the information on your visit, you may be denied entry.
