We offer an omakase dining experience rooted in the ingredients of Tango Peninsula — a coastal region on the Sea of Japan,where our chef works directly with local fishermen.
Dinner begins at 18:00 (simultaneous seating for all guests). Guests may enter the restaurant 10 minutes prior to the start time.
