M Hotel Singapore

M Hotel Singapore, a 4-star hotel located in the heart of the city, will serve a sumptuous Mother’s Day buffet at Cafe 2000. The buffet spread will be prepared by nine of its best chefs and will also include a 3-tier Tingkat – a traditional Singaporean home-cooked meal served in a tiffin carrier as well as local favorites like Cantonese-style Pork Trotter Vinegar and Grandma's Stewed Chai Boey. The buffet is available until May 28.

Red House Seafood

A fixture in Singapore’s culinary landscape, Red House Seafood Restaurant has been serving Nanyang-style seafood for over 46 years. For moms who want to taste traditional dishes while being surrounded by some history, this is the perfect place to be.

For Mother's Day, Red House Seafood presents two Mother's Day set menus, each guaranteed to satisfy all motherly cravings. Day set 1 offers a trio combination platter ((BBQ Squid, Seafood Paste Fritters, Crispy Baby Squid) plus seven other mouthwatering dishes including Signature Chilli Crab served with Fried Mantou – which can be served for up to 10 people. There’s also another Day set 2 geared for two persons, which features a dual combination platter and four dishes including a Pan-Seared Lamb Rack with Truffle Sauce.

Andaz Singapore 5 on 25

Andaz Singapore’s 5 on 25, located on the hotel's 25th floor, offers a special six-course meal during the Mother’s Day weekend (May 13 and May 14) curated by Malaysia-born Head Chef Lim Hong Lih, who has built his two-decade culinary career around Cantonese cuisine. The six-course dinner will feature dishes like Steamed Soon Hock and Braised Ee-fu Noodles – all to be enjoyed with the restaurant’s panoramic views and classic interiors. For those who are looking to eat something lighter, head to Alley on 25 on the same floor for some Mother’s Day brunch.

L’Angelus

For an authentic French culinary experience during Mother’s Day, check out L’Angelus in Singapore's Chinatown. The French restaurant will be serving an exclusive Mother’s Day menu on May 14 only which includes classic French dishes like Foie Gras, and Smoked Eel plus a complimentary Kir Royal cocktail. L’Angelus has both an indoor space, which can accommodate 52 guests and an outdoor space which can serve up to 11 guests.
