●Reservations are not mandatory at our shop, However, as our shop can accommodate a maximum of about 10 people, without a reservation you may have to wait up to 5 hours, or you may not be able to enter if we are full.
*We start accepting same-day reservations at the shop and online from 11:00 AM.
We fill up the same-day slots with about 2-3 groups per day. ●Reservations made the day before are limited to 60 minutes only.
30-minute and 45-minute slots are available irregularly on the day.
*Basically only a few slots are available.
Depending on the crowd situation, same-day slots may not be available.
●We do not accept reservations by phone.
●Reservations are not for private use. Approximately 3 groups of 10 people will interact in turn.

●Even if you arrive late for your reservation time, we cannot extend the time. Please understand in advance.
●We do not accept visits from children under elementary school age alone. Children must be accompanied by a guardian.
●Children from 0 years old are allowed to enter, but children up to 2 years old cannot interact with the animals. Children 3 years and older will be charged an entrance fee and can interact with the animals, but if they do not follow staff instructions, the interaction will be interrupted and they will only be able to observe. Please keep a close eye on your children. ●For reservations of 9 or more people, please make separate reservations for different groups. Example: 5 people, 4 people, etc. ●An entrance fee will be charged for accompanying persons and guides. ●Depending on the health condition of the animals on the day, the shop may be temporarily closed. ●Only bottled beverages will be provided. No meals will be served. ●The shop will be closed from 13:30 to 14:30 for a break.
