We fill up with 2-3 groups per day. ●Reservations can only be made the day before for 60 minutes. 30- and 45-minute slots are available on the day at irregular intervals. *Generally, only a few slots are available. Depending on the busy situation, slots may not be available on the day. ●Reservations are not accepted over the phone. ●Reservations do not constitute a private reservation. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. ●Children from 0 years old are allowed in, but children up to 2 years old are not allowed to interact with the animals. Children 3 years old and older are required to pay an admission fee and are allowed to interact with the animals, but if they do not follow staff instructions, the interaction will be interrupted and they will only be able to watch. We also ask that you keep a close eye on your children. ●If you are making a reservation for 9 or more people, please make separate reservations.
