1. Your request will be recorded by the system. Our staff will contact to you by phone call/ SMS message/ email to confirm the table has been successfully booked.
2. Chapter only serves Tasting menu (to ensure our guest have the most complete experience, we will serve 01 set menu for 01 guest)
3. We are unable to accommodate: Vegan, Dairy-free, Gluten-free
4. Please note with us your allergies at least 24 hours before dining, our chef will accommodate it depend on fresh ingredient within this day and we will inform you. For allergy requests that arise at the table without prior notice, we can not guarantee to replace your dish.
5. If your family has children under 12 years old, please notice with us about the number and age of children to accompany you.
