●【For customers visiting with dogs】
At Fermenco, we have a few requests to ensure that customers with dogs can also enjoy their time here.

We ask for your understanding and cooperation so that everyone, both those with dogs and those without, can enjoy a comfortable time in our restaurant. If you wish to visit with your dog, please let us know when making your reservation. Only up to two small dogs per group, using a cart or bag, are allowed inside the restaurant. Medium and large dogs are only permitted on the terrace.

The terrace may not be available depending on the weather and wind conditions on the day.

Please carry your pet when entering the store. At your table, please keep your pet in a cart/bag, or on a cushion or blanket you bring with you.

Please be considerate of other customers and staff passing by.

We cannot be held responsible for any troubles or injuries involving pets inside the store or on the terrace. Also, depending on the situation inside the store, we may refuse entry to customers with dogs. Thank you for your understanding.

*Guide dogs, hearing dogs, and service dogs are permitted inside the store.
