Reservation Details and Policy

Food

- A selection of cheese is available to enjoy with our wines. Please note that we do not have a full food menu.

Seating Times

- 18:00 seating — 2 hours (18:00–20:00). Last order: 19:30.
- 20:30 seating — 2.5 hours (20:30–23:00). Last order: 22:30.
- 20:00–20:30 is a changeover break to prepare for the next seating; we are closed to guests during this time.

Seating Capacity

- Bar seating (shared): up to 4 people per timeslot.
- Small table: up to 2 people, for one party only. Please note that this is a compact foldable table with chairs.

Reservation Fee

- PHP 500.00 per guest, non-refundable and consumable.
- 1 pax: PHP 500.00
- 2 pax: PHP 1,000.00
- 3 pax: PHP 1,500.00
- 4 pax: PHP 2,000.00
- If the consumable amount is not fully used, no refund will be given for the unused balance.
- Send proof of payment to reservations@goodmorningwines.com — include your name and booking reference in the subject.
- Booked more than 24 hours ahead: pay within 12 hours of booking.
- Booked 24 hours ahead or less: pay immediately to confirm.
- Unpaid reservations may be cancelled.

Include your reservation name/details in the transfer notes.
- Your reservation is confirmed only once we acknowledge receipt of full payment.

Reservation Changes

- Changes to the date, time, or guest count must be requested at least 24 hours before your seating.
- Requests made within 24 hours are considered case-by-case and are not guaranteed.
- Reducing the guest count within 24 hours forfeits the reservation fee for the cancelled seat(s) as a refund, but the amount remains consumable by the remaining party.
- For date/time changes, fees are non-refundable but remain fully consumable on the revised date once confirmed.
- Only one modification is allowed per reservation. Further changes require a new reservation and fee.

No-Shows / Late Arrivals

- Arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice may forfeit your reservation and fee.

Walk-Ins

- Welcome when space allows.

Breakage

- Breakage or damage may incur a fee of up to PHP 5,000.00 per item.

Special Occasions

- Let us know if you're celebrating; we're happy to help make it special.

Parking

- Street parking is available within Salcedo Village.

House Rules

- No outside food or drinks.
- No children or infants, as our seating is very limited.
- No pets, per building administrator policy.
- No smoking or vaping inside.
- Strong perfume or cologne is not permitted, as strong scents interfere with the wine.
