There are two main types of reservations available: ■ Entry tickets for each facility and shop area ■ Show admission (show fee, meet-and-greet photo opportunity, one drink) + entry ticket to the facility/shop area The contents and prices of each plan vary depending on the season, so please check the respective reservation pages.
📅 Reservation process (reservations open 1 month in advance) ① Select date/time and number of guests (including children aged 3 and under who require seats) ② Choose between the lunch show (11:00–12:00) or café show (14:00/15:30) ③ Select a plan corresponding to the number of guests ※ Children aged 3 and under are free; simply enter their number. ※ If you’d like a meal, you can order it on the day (additional charge applies). ※ If you need special seating accommodations such as wheelchair access, please indicate this in the remarks section during booking. Requests made on the day may not be accommodated. ※ Guests must walk themselves to the stage for the meet-and-greet (there are steps involved).
💺 Seat selection is not permitted. ・ For groups of 10 or more, reservations can be made by phone (0799-70-9022). ・ Various discount coupons cannot be applied to online reservations (though some may be usable for meals; please check the coupon details. Birthday Dinners cannot be purchased using coupons or discounts.)
📌 Important notes regarding reservations 📌 Please read carefully. By making a purchase, you agree to the following terms:
・ To cancel a reservation, please call 0799-70-9022. Cancellations made by 5 PM the day before are free; thereafter, 100% of the fee will be charged. ・ For dinner shows, cancellations made by 5 PM on Thursday three days prior are free; thereafter, 100% of the fee will be charged. ・ If you do not arrive and be seated by the final entry time for each show, it will be treated as a cancellation on your part, and no refunds will be issued. ・ Late arrivals after the final entry time or participation in the meet-and-greet only are not permitted. ・ In cases of natural disasters or related transportation disruptions, no refunds will be issued even if the show proceeds; please keep this in mind when booking. ・ Due to safety concerns related to weather or strong winds, Apple House may restrict access to its outdoor observation deck. No refunds or partial reimbursements will be provided in such cases. ・ The restaurant area is located close to the performance stage, so temperatures are kept relatively low year-round. Since individual air conditioning adjustments aren’t possible, we recommend bringing a light jacket or blanket, even in summer. ・ Musical performances involve loud sounds and bright monitor lights; moving around during the show may not be possible depending on your seat. If you have concerns, please inform us by the day before. ・ For meet-and-greet photos, your own smartphone or camera will be used. Please ensure it’s fully charged beforehand.
