▶Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
▶For Gin High Tea - Adults: Please note, a cancellation fee of $50 per person will be charged in the case of no show or booking cancellation within 24 hours of your reservation time.
▶For Gin High Tea - Kids: Please note, a cancellation fee of $20 per child will be charged in the case of no show or booking cancellation within 24 hours of your reservation time.
▶In an effort to discourage no shows or last minute cancellations during this period of limited capacity restrictions, we will take $0.50 per person pre-authorisation on your credit card when you secure your booking through the link below. Please note that this payment will be released within 7 working days when settling the bill via credit card and within 15 – 20 days when settling the bill via a debit card of your visit and will not go towards your final bill at the bar.
▶10% Sunday surcharge and 15% public holiday surcharge applies. Credit/debit card surcharge of 1.97% applies to all payments made at the venue (AMEX, Visa, MasterCard, Diners, CUP/JCB all accepted) and to all charges charged back to room bill for in-house guests.
▶All bookings must arrive within 15 minutes of the reservation time, otherwise reservation will be forfeited
