Indulge in Sydney’s most sustainable seafood experience, with produce exclusively sourced from sustainable fisheries that practice eco-friendly farming or offer wild caught product.

Before enjoying the three-course, diner’s choice menu, gather at the Mediterranean tapas table filled with breads, grilled artichoke, stuffed peppadew, smoked mozzarella, cured olives, an array of dips and more.

Choose from an array of entrées, mains and desserts from Chef’s curated menu. From ocean to plate, expect Fremantle octopus, Skull Island prawns, Jervis Bay mussels, Ora King Salmon and more, accompanied by the finest ingredients from Australia and around the world. Leaving room for dessert, a sweet trolley will see mouth-watering desserts prepared and served table side – from classic favoruites like Orange-Cinnamon Brûlée, to enchanting flavours like Key Lime Panna Cotta.
