With a premium chef-selected menu, the Sailmaker Kitchen Table is an interactive and educational celebration of seasonal flavors and Australian seafood producers. With limited seating for up to ten guests, the journey begins with sparkling wine and canapés on arrival followed by front row seats to Sailmaker’s innovative kitchen where seafood is prepared fresh in front of guests along with a series of interactive demonstrations. Next up by tapas, shared entrées and a individual main course. The evening concludes with Sailmaker’s signature dessert trolley service.
To elevate the premium Kitchen Table experience further, each course can be paired with a selection of the finest New South Wales wines, personalised to taste by Sailmaker's resident wine expert.
