Booking Policy

Arrival Time: We recommend arriving at least 1 hour before your booking to fully enjoy the steam room, sauna, and onsen pool.

Prepayment & Availability: Prepayment is required for all spa bookings. Time slots are subject to availability, and your preferred time can only be confirmed once payment is received.

Reservation Cancellation: If payment is not received within 12 hours of your reservation or the specified date, your booking will be automatically canceled.

Same-Day Reservations: Advance reservation and payment are required. Same-day bookings will be considered walk-ins and are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.

Afternoon Tea at Osteria M: Available from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM, offering tea sets and pastries.

Buffet Dinner at TCG (4F): Available Friday to Sunday from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

3-Course Meal at Osteria M!: Available Monday to Thursday from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Spa Reservations: All spa reservations are non-refundable but may be amended. Once payment is settled, please note that there is a one-time amendment policy. Any subsequent changes will incur a PHP 500 rebooking fee. An additional surcharge of Php 500 per person applies to all spa treatments on holidays.

Late Arrival: Please note that late arrivals will result in a reduced treatment time.

Parking: Parking is available at a rate of PHP 100 for the first 2 hours, and PHP 100 for each additional hour thereafter.

Advance Reservation: For the best experience, we highly recommend making your reservation 2-5 days in advance of your preferred treatment date.

Complimentary Amenities: We provide complimentary use of towels, yukata (robe), slippers, lockers, as well as access to showers, spa wellness facilities (steam room, sauna, onsen pool), and the relaxation lounge.
