DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Please inform us of any food allergies or special dietary requirements, by listing them under “REQUESTS” column. We will try our best to accommodate your request, subject to restaurants’ rules and regulations.
BOOKING ASSISTANCE
If the reservation has not booked successfully, or any further booking enquiries, kindly contact the restaurant of Imperial Treasure Steamboat Restaurant (ION Orchard) directly via +65 6636 9339. Our service staff will pleasantly assist you with the booking.
RESERVATION
The restaurant will secure your table reservation for up to 15 minutes from the reservation time before releasing it for use by other customers.
SEATING ALLOCATION
1 pax to 3 pax Dining – 1.5-hour seating allocation time
4 pax and above Dining – 2-hour seating allocation time
(The above-mentioned seating allocation applies to full-day lunch and dinner.)
GLASSWARE FEE
We are charging a fee for the use of wine glasses. Diners requiring the use of wine glasses will be required to pay $10 per pax.
This fee will be waived if diners order any bottled wine or liquor (except beer) at the restaurant.
