1. If you do not arrive 30 minutes after your reservation time, your reservation may be canceled. Please be sure to contact us if you are going to be late.
2. We may contact you by mobile phone for confirmation purposes.
3. We cannot accept seating requests.
4. If you arrive 15 minutes past your reservation time without contacting us, we may prioritize waiting customers.
5. Seating is limited to 90 minutes, with last orders taking place 70 minutes after your reservation time.
6. During peak seasons (Golden Week, summer), priority is given to guests staying at the hotel. Therefore, non-guest guests may be denied entry or asked to change their seating time. Thank you for your understanding.
