Notice Regarding Shareholder Changes at TableCheck, Inc.
Three Funds—Kepple Liquidity Fund, JFR MIRAI CREATORS Fund, and TOHO GAS Shin-Infra Fund—Join as New Shareholders
TableCheck, Inc. (“TableCheck”; Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Yu Taniguchi), which provides the global restaurant-and-guest platform “TableCheck,” connecting restaurants and guests worldwide, hereby announces that all shares previously held by a specific existing shareholder have been transferred to the following three entities:
Kepple Liquidity Ⅱ Investment Limited Partnership
JFR MIRAI CREATORS Investment Limited Partnership
TOHO GAS Shin-Infra Investment Limited Partnership
This transaction does not result in any change in the Company’s management control.
Company Background
Since its founding, TableCheck has focused on providing reservation and customer management systems for restaurants, as well as restaurant search and booking services for guests, establishing itself as a restaurant-technology company originating in Japan.
In recent years, the Company has accelerated the development of services utilizing advanced technologies, including AI-powered search and insight prediction. Through these initiatives, TableCheck is working to deliver dining experiences that offer greater convenience and operational efficiency for both guests and restaurants.
Strategic Significance of the New Shareholders
The three newly participating funds possess strong foundations in their respective focus areas— infrastructure, venture investment, and retail. By leveraging their diverse expertise and collaborating strategically, TableCheck aims to further advance its mission:“Dining Connected —A platform that connects restaurants and guests around the world,” while pursuing continued, sustainable business growth.
