Zetton operates a diverse collection of fine dining restaurants across Tokyo. Zetton receives many bookings from third-party media, and though such bookings are beneficial to acquire new customers, the staff struggle with the workload to manage a multitude of channels. Challenge

In the old system we used, I had to manually enter the reservation information via online advertising agencies. This resulted in many typing errors.

Switch

Switching to TableSolution was extremely easy as the system is simple and, we received support from their consultant team too. Not only is TableSolution easy to use but it also reduces the human cost of processing reservations.

Result

Migration successfully reduced costs by 1/2 or less. In addition, by reducing the workload, I can spend more time with customers, and I really feel "only good things".
