[Reservations] ● Dining time is limited to 2 hours. ● Changes to the menu on the day of the reservation cannot be accommodated. ● If we are unable to reach you 30 minutes after your reserved time, the reservation may be canceled automatically. Please be sure to contact us if you’re running late. ● For reservations of 21 or more guests, please contact the restaurant directly. ● From December 31 to January 3, a separate 10% service charge applies.
[Unagi dishes] ● In December and January, unagi dishes will not be served.
[Reservations for families with children] ● Children who will be having the same course as adults should be counted as “adults” when making a reservation. ● Children’s menus, high chairs, and child-sized utensils (smaller spoons, forks, and plates) are not available. Please note this in advance.
[Cancellation policy] For cancellations or changes, cancellation fees will be charged as follows, calculated from the scheduled arrival time.
＜For reservations of seats only＞ ・ Within 24 hours: ¥5,000 per person ・ Within 48 hours: ¥2,500 per person
＜For course reservations＞ ・ Within 24 hours: 100% of the reservation fee ・ Within 48 hours: 50% of the reservation fee
