Seating on the 1st floor is standing counter style and available on a first-come, first-served basis. On the 2nd floor, we offer table seating. For the 2nd floor, we accept “Priority Seating Reservations” from the same day up to 3 days in advance.
【About Priority Seating】 This service allows you to specify your arrival time in advance so that you will be given priority seating.Upon arrival, please do not line up and kindly inform a member of staff. Please note that during busy times, a short wait may still be required.
※ Priority seating is available online only. We do not accept reservations by phone. ※ Seating time is limited to 45 minutes. ※ When taking photos inside the restaurant, please be mindful not to include other guests, staff, or the kitchen area.
・Children aged 6 and under are not subject to the service fee. Please include them in the “infant” count when booking. ・Changes to date, time, or number of guests cannot be made after confirmation. If you wish to make changes, please cancel and rebook. Please note that refunds are not available.
【Cancellation Policy】 ※ All bookings are non-refundable under any circumstances. ※ Arrivals more than 15 minutes past the reserved time will be treated as a cancellation.
【Orders & Payment】Cash only for the time being ・Please purchase meal tickets from the ticket machine at the restaurant. ・Each guest is required to order one bowl of ramen. ※ Orders of side dishes or rice items only are not accepted.
