Led by Executive Chef Augustus “Augi” De Hoedt, Kurumba is one of Sydney’s most exciting new restaurants, known for its vibrant flavours and modern take on Sri Lankan street food. With over 35 years of global culinary experience, Chef Augi brings family recipes and bold spices to life with contemporary techniques.
Guests can enjoy signature dishes such as Lobster Kottu, Short Rib Curry, Negombo Prawn Curry, and traditional Sri Lankan hoppers, alongside desserts like wattalappam.
