Booking Policy :


- A deposit of IDR 150,000 / Person is required to confirm your reservation.

- Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

- To preserve the comfort and exclusivity of your dining experience, kindly note that each table is reserved for a seating duration of 120 minutes. We sincerely appreciate your understanding.

- Confirmed reservations cannot be cancelled. However, your reservation may be rescheduled to another available date and time, subject to availability.

- A grace period of 15 minutes will be given from the reserved time. Reservations that exceed the grace period may be released without prior notice.

- The minimum spend for all VIP Rooms includes alcoholic beverages.

- The maximum usage time for each VIP Room is 3 hours. Extensions are subject to availability
