Booking Policy

1 - For groups of 6 or more: To ensure a smooth dining experience, we kindly request that you pre-order your meal from our set menu options (available in 5 or 7 courses).

For larger parties (9 guests or more): For optimal service, please contact the restaurant directly at +84 70 80 40 560 (reachable via Zalo, WhatsApp, or SMS).

2 - To ensure a refined dining experience for all, our second service welcomes guests aged only four years old and above. We believe this fosters a peaceful ambiance, allowing us to deliver exceptional service. Thank you!

3 - Dresscode smart casual/elegant. We don't accept beachwear and sleeveless shirt (for man).

4 - Menus are subject to change without notice. Please contact the restaurant for further details. All prices shown include VAT, our restaurant does not apply service charge.

5 - If you encounter any issues such as reservations are not available at your requested time and / or number of persons, please contact us at +84 70 80 40 560 (Zalo/WhatsApp/SMS)

6 - DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
We request a deposit of 500,000VND per person for parties of 6 & above.

Please note: Deposits are collected to secure your reservation but will not be deducted from your final bill. We kindly request that you settle your bill in full at the restaurant. The deposits will be automatically refunded back to your account after your visit.

Refunds for Deposits:

(i). Bookings within 7 days:
You will receive a full refund of your deposit within 5-7 business days to your bank account after your visit at the restaurant
(ii). Bookings over 7 days:
- You will receive a full refund of your deposit after 7 business days to your bank account.
- Please note that cancellation fees still apply based on the restaurant's cancellation policy.

>> Le Comptoir reserves the right to charge a 100% cancellation fee on your deposit which is 500,000 VND per booked number for any reservation cancelled or if numbers are reduced with less than 24-hour notice.

>> For all bookings, you must notify us of a cancellation or any changes to the number of guests at least 24 hours prior to your booking.

>> Please note that we have a 15-minute grace period for all bookings. If you are running later than 15 minutes after your reservation time, please call us and leave a message so we can hold your table.
If we do not receive any notification of a late arrival, or if you are a no-show, we reserve the right to release your booking to our waiting list.
