A deposit of 2,000 THB is required for bookings of more than 10 people.
Deposits will be deducted from your total bill.
Cancellation & Postponement Policy:
A minimum of 3 days’ notice is required to cancel or postpone a reservation.
Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 3 days in advance.
Refund Policy:
Refunds are only available if the cancellation terms above are met.
