Booking Policy
HOW TO BOOK A DAY BED
LUNA Beach Club offers two time slots for booking a daybed. When booking please select one of the following time slots when making your booking on our reservation system:
Time Slot 1 : 12pm to 8pm
Time Slot 2 : 5pm to 12am
When presented with the 'Select a Time' pop-up screen, please choose either 12pm or 5pm to select your desired slot.
Should the desired slot not appear please feel free to contact us directly to see what is available.
As part of the final booking process, you may select the time you will arrive within that booking slot.
Extension Policy for Time Slot
If you wish to extend your time beyond the initial time slot, extra hours will be charged at a 50% discount off the minimum spend from the regular daybed price , unless otherwise specified by the venue.
Please speak to the Guest Relations team or your sever should you wish to extend.
BOOKING POLICY
Minimum spending payment will be settled in advance and will be non-refundable
There is no discount offered on any beverage menu items.
All bills are subjected to a tax & service charge of 21% in accordance with government regulations.
We will hold your booking for 60 minutes after the confirmed booking time, after which your booking will be automatically released by the system and is non-refundable.
Prior notification of late arrival is to be made via call or WhatsApp and is the responsibility of the guest.
A booking confirmation with the payment notification will be sent to your email. Please present this to our team upon arrival at LUNA Beach Club
In the case of bad weather or rain, the reservation will be allocated without any guarantee of a backup table and is subject to availability.
Special requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and beach club discretion.
Main pool closes at 18.30 each day.
CHILDREN POLICY
Children are welcome at Luna Beach Club, please observe following regulations at all times.
1. Children under 12 years old must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
2. LUNA Beach Club is a family friendly beach club, however we do request parents be mindful of other guests around them.
3. Children are to remain dressed throughout the day and wear appropriate swimwear if using the pool.
4. Please note our waterslide is closed each day at 3pm for all guests under the age of 18 years old.
5. Ball games and large toys are prohibited.
TOWEL POLICY
- Guests with Day Bed, Sofa, or Booth bookings will receive 1 complimentary towel per person, based on the maximum capacity
of the booking. Additional towels are available for IDR 50,000 each
- Guests without Day Bed, Sofa, or Booth minimum spend bookings will be charged IDR 50,000 per towel.
Towel tokens can be purchased from any of our floor staff or cashier counters. Please return all used towels back to the towel counter.
