- We will hold your booking for 30 minutes after the confirmed booking time, after which your booking will be automatically released by the system and is non-refundable for upper pool sunbed - Prior notification of late arrival is to be made via call or WhatsApp and is the responsibility of the guest. - All bookings are assigned a two-hour dining period to ensure all guests are accommodated - Please be informed that restaurant reservations do not grant direct access to the swimming pool. However, you may access the pool through our beach club area.
