Notes for Your Reservation
About the Menu ● We offer several course menus. Please note that the online reservation system defaults to selecting the same course for all guests, but we can accommodate combinations of different courses. If you would like to reserve a combination of courses, please contact us by phone or email. ● Guests with egg allergies or gluten allergies/gluten‑free requests: please contact the restaurant directly. ● We are unable to accommodate vegetarian, vegan, or dairy‑allergy requests.
About Reservations ● Please understand that we may not be able to fulfill seat location requests. ● For same‑day reservations, please contact us by phone. ● To reserve a private room for 4 guests, please contact us by email or phone. ● For parties of 7 or more, if your preferred date/time is unavailable online, for anniversary requests, or for private hire, please contact us by email or phone.
Cancellations and Arrival Time ● Cancellations or changes to the number of guests on the day of the reservation will incur a 100% charge of the meal cost. Cancellations or changes to the number of guests on the day before the reservation will incur a 50% charge of the meal cost. ● For guests who have reserved special Christmas or New Year’s course menus, cancellations or changes to guest numbers made within one week of the reservation date will incur a 100% charge of the meal cost. ● If you are more than 20 minutes late for your reservation and we have not heard from you, we may regrettably treat your booking as canceled. If you expect to be late, please be sure to contact us.
Children ● Dining area: children aged 13 and over who can eat the same course as adults are welcome. ● Private room: children aged 6 and over who can eat the same course as adults are welcome.
On Arrival ● Please refrain from wearing strong fragrances such as heavy perfumes. ● There is no formal dress code, but please avoid overly casual attire such as sleeveless tops for men, shorts, or sandals. ● Photography is permitted, but please be considerate and avoid capturing other guests in your images. Tripods and selfie sticks are not permitted.
