The concept is a deft combination of Western nuances and Japanese harmony against the backdrop of a Japanese garden. Open from September 1st. Grilled dishes cooked in front of you, with an open kitchen and bar counter. Our bar lounge features a bar counter and atmospheric compartmentalized seating, bringing a "Gajoen"-style Japanese touch to a Western venue.
New American Cuisine - Western themes with a Japanese touch
Healthy dishes based on "Japanese techniques and balanced ingredients" and "Seafood + Vegetable" appetizers and bar dishes. Main courses feature a variety of meat dishes, such as oven-roasted beef or game, or fresh fish from the coastal waters round Japan. We also incorporate a little Japanese harmony into our dishes, with simple ingredients delicately cooked!
