Menu Information
Chefs Chris Salans and Blake Thornley propose a unique culinary experience based on local ingredients and flavors prepared with modern western techniques of preparation and presentation. Our cuisine is seasonal, focusing on marrying fresh local ingredients with produce from all around the world. All menus are a tasting plus complimentary amuses bouches and petits fours.
The seasonal menu is 6 courses at IDR.1.350.000 per person and 8 courses at IDR.1.700.000 per person.
The botanical (vegetarian menu) is 6 courses at IDR.1.100.000 per person and 8 courses at IDR.1.400.000 per person.
All prices are subject to a 21% government tax and service charge.
Corkage
Guests are welcome to bring their own wine or champagne. In that case a corkage fee will apply at Rp. 250.000++ for each bottle.
Children Policy
In order to maintain the highest quality of service, dining experience and atmosphere, Mozaic only welcomes guests of age 6 and older. Baby and children under 6 are not permitted.
Dress Code
Casual. Please note that Sleeveless t-shirt and beach wear are not permitted.
Seating Capacity
To maintain the highest quality of service, for group reservations of 9 persons or more we will accommodate your group into two separate table.
Guarantee of Booking (for reservation of 6 persons and more)
In order to confirm your reservation, we require a 50% guarantee from the total amount of invoice. Our reservation will send you the payment link to process the deposit. Your reservation is not confirmed until you submit your payment link. Please click this link within 24 hours, or your reservation will be automatically released by our online system, without notice.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that the Deposit is non-refundable. In the event that we are unable to attend Mozaic Restaurant in Ubud, or if we need to cancel the reservation late, or if the number of guests dining is lower than the number initially booked, please note that no refunds will be provided. Kindly ensure that all cancellations are made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled dining date.
Reconfirmation
On the day of your reservation, our reservation team will re-contact you to reconfirm. If we cannot reach you, please kindly contact Mozaic before 4 pm.
