We serve seafood rice bowls featuring fresh Hokkaido uni (sea urchin), along with ikura (salmon roe), crab, salmon, and other seafood from Hokkaido.
Our fresh uni is preserved in saltwater without the use of alum, allowing you to enjoy its natural sweetness and smooth, melt-in-your-mouth texture.

● We may not be able to accommodate specific seating requests.
● Seating is limited to 1 hour.
● Guests who do not order a seafood rice bowl will be charged a seating fee of ¥1,100 per person.
● If we are unable to contact you within 15 minutes after your reservation time, your reservation may be treated as a cancellation. Please contact us if you expect to be late.
