Booking Policy
- Food Allergies & Dietary Requirements:
+ We require 48 hours advance notice for all food allergies and special dietary requirements.
+ We ask that you let us know about any dietary restrictions and food allergies when making your reservation.
+ Every ORYZ's promotion will be only applicable one-at-a-time.
- Bring Your Own:
+ ORYZ has put in a lot of effort to prepare the exquisite food therefore consumption and bringing in of outside food is not allowed.
+ You are welcome to bring your own wine, but it is subject to a corkage fee of:
500,000++VND per bottle of wine
750,000++VND per sake and champagne
1,000,000++VND per bottle of spirit
- Kids Menu:
+ As ORYZ strives to give each and every one of our patrons a soothing dining experience. Children above the age of six will have the best dining experiences here. For our weekly kids' menu, which is put together by our culinary team, please get in touch with us.
- Special Requests:
+ If it’s a special occasion please let us know and we will endeavor to honor your special requests, we require 24 hours advance notice but cannot guarantee this at all times.
- Dress Code:
+ As ORYZ strive to provide experience dining at an accessible price. The restaurant is fully air-conditioned, and we do not have any dress code requirement.
- Reservation Reallocation:
+ ORYZ will hold your table for a maximum of 30 minutes after your reservation time, at which point we will release the table to other diners in the event of no show or late arrival.
- Reservation Deposit:
+ ORYZ require a deposit of VND 2,000,000 for a single booking of 5 people or more.
+ The Deposit will be refundable if cancellation was made more than 48 hours prior to your booking time, via email or call in.
+ The deposit charge will be non-refundable if cancellation of a reservation was made within 48 hours of booking time.
