A veritable mountain of produce, Kaga's vegetables and Hokuriku seafood products, & one in particular Noto Salt · Using a traditional method which is designated as a world agricultural heritage since 2006 We are using natural salt. For sake, the brewer decides its composition from delicately different flavors for each barrel. A variety of regional liquors like Kanameisho shochu are also featured.l
