Our courses use local ingredients such as fresh fish from Yawatahama, Ehime Prefecture's brand pork "Hinode Pork," and seasonal vegetables sourced from local farmers, and we change the menu with each season, hoping to allow you to savor the delicious flavors of the season. The dishes are served on "Tobe ware" plates, a type of pottery that Iyo is proud of, and we also offer Luan-style sea bream rice, a dish unique to Ehime, which is famous for its sea bream.
