Please note that +Twelve caters to guests aged 16 years old and above only. We recommend families with children and younger guests to consider our family-oriented beach club Splash Tribe which has a resort-style pool and amazing wet play area.
Opening Hours and Sessions Mondays to Fridays: 10am - 9pm Sessions: 10am - 2pm, 2pm - 5.30pm, 5.30pm - 9pm
Saturdays, Sundays, Public Holidays: 9.30am - 10.30pm Sessions: 9.30am - 1.30pm, 2pm - 6pm, 6.30pm - 10.30pm Sessions end at the times stated regardless of the arrival time.
Kindly note that seats will be released 30 minutes after the reservation time. All session timings and durations must be strictly adhered to.
Cancellation of your reservation must be made at least 48 hours in advance, with no cancellation fee imposed. For no-shows or late cancellations, a cancellation fee of S$100 per reservation for all types of bookings will be charged. In the event of wet weather, cancellation fee will not be imposed.
Special requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and venue's discretion. Notes stating an alternative timing or party-size will not be accommodated. Please take note that each area has a seating capacity and if you require additional seating more than the mentioned capacity, you will need to inform us beforehand. Any revisions to your reservation will be subject to availability or other areas will be offered based on your revised party. We reserve the right to amend or cancel any reservation that does not adhere to the maximum number of guests stipulated.
