Please be mindful of our location, which may experience heavy traffic at times. If guests are more than 30 minutes late, their reservation will be void as per our policy.
The dining experience will start once all guests have arrived and are comfortably seated.
The total course time is approximately 2.00 - 3.00 hours

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate guests with the following restriction/food allergies: Vegetarian, Vegan, Jain, Pescatarian, Ketogenic Diet, Gluten-Free, Carb-Free, Egg-Free, Lactose Allergy and Shellfish Allergy. For any other allergies and dietary requirements, please notify us in advance. We may not accommodate last-minute requests.
DEPOSIT
All reservation required 1040 THB per person to secure the table where 40 THB will be charged as a transaction fee, therefore the fee is not deductible from the total amount of billing
CANCELLATION POLICY
- We do not refund in case of any cancellation / no show (including sudden submission of positive COVID-19 result) and each 1,000 THB deposit is applied to each guest and nontransferable; however, customers may change reservation date if informed 72 hours prior to the date of booking.
-We do not allow any reduction in party size that was informed less than 72 hours prior to the dine-in date.
-Full refunds can be made for cancellations made more than 14-days prior to the booking date. However we are not able to refund the additional transaction fee by the website.
CORKAGE FEE
The corkage charge fee is 2,000 THB/bottle or we offer no corkage charge fee when customer order a wine list from PATT ( one personal bottle per bottle from our list )
CHILDREN
Children aged above 6 years old are welcome to our restaurant, however, please note that Children aged above 10 years they will be served with a full adult menu.
PARKING SPACE
While parking in front of our restaurant is limited, the 611 Wiraphap Phunphon offers parking services at a rate of 50 THB per car which can redeem back at the restaurant. Additionally, we provide a complimentary shuttle service, offering a round-trip between the restaurant and parking lot.
