●We are closed for dinner every Tuesday and Wednesday.
●Reservations can be made up to 60 days in advance of your desired date.
●We do not accept reservations for lunch. We only accept walk-ins.
●A credit card authorization is required to confirm your reservation.
There will be no advance charge for customers who are not eligible for our standard cancellation policy.
●Dinner is served in two sittings, starting at 18:00 or 19:00.
Since all customers start at the same time, if you are late, the order of the course may be changed or some dishes may be omitted.
●If we are unable to contact you 30 minutes after your reservation time, we may unfortunately have to cancel your reservation. Please be sure to contact us if you will be late.
●There is no à la carte menu for dinner. (We do not accept additional orders for dishes on the day.)
Children's dinner plates also require advance reservations.
●If you require pick-up and drop-off service, please indicate this in the "Requests" section.
Pick-up and drop-off service is available within Niseko town and the Hirafu area (Hanazono area is excluded).
If you are using our shuttle service, we request that each person order at least one drink.
Details regarding the shuttle service time will be sent to you by email the day before.
