[Reservation period] Breakfast: from 2:00 P.M., 6 days before the date of use until 7:00 P.M. the day before. Dinner: from 2:00 P.M., 5 days before the date of use until 5:00 P.M. on the day. Afternoon tea set 【Edelweiss】: until 5:00 P.M., 2 days before the date of use.
▶Guests who wish to book multiple consecutive nights: we will take reservations for the entire stay by phone on the first day that bookings open for the initial night.
▶If you book as part of a room plan that includes meals, the prices will appear on the reservation confirmation screen, but no payment will be charged at that time.
▶If your preferred time does not appear on the date you selected, it may be because the reservation period has not yet opened, availability is sold out, or the date is excluded from sales. Also, we do not accept reservations for children’s menus only.
▶Seating is assigned after you arrive, so we cannot accept seating requests in advance. Requests for special items (birthday cakes, anniversary plates, kids’ anniversary items, etc.) are not accepted via web reservations, so please call us by 3:00 P.M. two days in advance.
▶Please present the reservation confirmation email screen when you arrive.
▶If you are more than 15 minutes late from your reserved time without contacting us, we may not be able to hold your table.
▶For reservations of 7 or more guests, please make multiple bookings or contact the restaurant reservation desk directly.
▶Menu items may change depending on ingredient availability.
