1. Please double-check your reservation date, time, and number of guests before completing payment.
2. Please note we may require a valid credit card number to confirm bookings of 7 guests or more. Unless we specifically refer to a deposit, we do NOT charge anything to the credit card unless there is a "no show" of which we have no prior notice.
3. If deposits are required, they will be deducted from the total bill of your dinner payment on departure.
4. Upon providing us with the credit card details, or upon receipt of payment, your reservation is confirmed.
5. Your reservation cannot be modified (date, time, set menu) after payment is completed.
6. Any cancellation received within 2 days of the reservation date will incur the full charge and no refund will be issued.
7. Your seats will be secured for 15 minutes. Please ensure that you contact us if you will be late. Failure to arrive will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be issued. Please contact us at +84 2838 21 8661 for emergency inquiries only.
8. For any food allergy or special dietary needs, please ensure you inform us before the meal date.
9. Our corkage fee policy: For wine per 750ml VND 1,000,000++. For liquor or liqueur corkage fee per 700ml VND 2,000,000++. Corkage is exclusive of 5% service charge and 10% government tax.
10. For reservations for a party size of 11 or more, please email your booking inquiry (date, time and number of guests) to admin@quincesaigon.com. We will contact you directly.
11. By making a reservation with us and providing contact details you are "opting in" to our marketing program. If you do not wish to receive marketing material from ourselves please email the contact address on the email we send you with "Unsubscribe" as the subject.
12. This website is the only official booking channel for QUINCE (except for authorized booking partners of limited-time collaborative promotions). All other unauthorized private booking channels will not be approved; please be aware that QUINCE does not guarantee bookings through unauthorized channels. QUINCE reserves the right to modify or cancel these reservations.
